Where do I find my login credentials?
When setting up uPlay in your IPTV app you need three details — a server URL, a username and a password. These are called Xtream Codes and are always available on your uPlay account page. You never need to contact support to retrieve them.
Step by step
Step 1 – Log in to your account
Go to My uPlay and log in with your email address and password.
Step 2 – Go to Subscription Plans
Click on Subscription Plans in the left menu.
You'll now see a list of your active subscriptions.
Step 3 – Click on your subscription
Click on the subscription you want to retrieve credentials for — for example uPlay – Monthly.
Step 4 – Retrieve your credentials
At the top of the page you'll see the Your Xtream Credentials box containing the following information:

Tips
Have multiple subscriptions? Each subscription has its own Xtream credentials. Make sure you retrieve the credentials from the correct subscription.
Where do I enter the credentials in the app?
When you open your IPTV app for the first time, select Xtream Codes as the connection method and fill in:

Frequently asked questions
I can't find my credentials — what do I do?
Check that you're logged into the correct account and that you've clicked into an active subscription under Subscription Plans. The credentials only appear inside the subscription page, not on the dashboard.
My credentials aren't working in the app — what could be wrong?
Check that you've copied the URL, username and password correctly without any extra spaces. The most common mistake is an accidental space being copied along with the text. Try entering the credentials manually if copy-paste isn't working.
Can I use the same credentials in multiple apps?
Yes. Your Xtream credentials work in any IPTV app that supports the Xtream Codes API — TiviMate, UHF, IPTV Smarters Pro and more. You can log in on an unlimited number of devices but only stream on one at a time per subscription.
Where do I find my M3U link?
Your M3U link is also available on the subscription page. It's built from your Xtream credentials and looks something like this: http://[URL]/get.php?username=[username]&password=[password]&type=m3u
Log in at My uPlay and copy the link from there rather than building it manually.
